2. Showcase new products or services

Show your consumers how cool the newest product or service is through a formal presentation. Your viewers will feel valued when they hear the exciting news directly from you rather than the press.

3. Answer questions

Your customers have questions, so rather than send them to an impersonal automated system for the answer, offer a live video help desk or Q & A session. They will not only get what they need but also feel more connected to your brand.

4. Provide progress reports

Have you been promising your customers a new product or service? Providing periodic progress reports shows your loyal customers respect and builds up excitement.
